•How do I attach a file?
1) Click on Compose.
2) Attach the file 1st, so you don't forget to do so.
3) Click on Attach File(s).
4) Click Select.
5) Choose the file you want to attach.
6) NOTE: the file must end with a file extension (.doc, .docx, .pdf, .cwk, etc...)*
7) After you choose the file to attach, you must click the Upload button.
8) If you want to attach more than one file, then click the Add button and repeat steps 4-7.
9) Now it is safe to complete your message and send it.

*If there is no file extension on the file you want to attach, then you can re-save it, or manually add the extension if you know what it should be by finding where it is saved in the Finder and clicking twice, slowly, on the name of the file. Then add the extension to the end.
•How do I create new e-mail folders?
If you would like to save e-mails and organize them into folders, here is the process.
1) Right-click on your e-mail Inbox (or press control while clicking your mouse on Inbox).
2) New Folder will pop up; click on it.
3) A new folder will appear with a place for you to name the folder. Type a name there.
4) Click the blue check mark next to it to save the name.
5) To move a file or files to the new folder, click the check box next to any files you want to move.
6) Click the Move To button above the list of messages.
7) Choose the folder to move it/them to.
8) After a few seconds, the message(s) will be moved.
•How do I get to the e-mail site quicker?
You can place a bookmark for the e-mail site on your bookmarks bar to get to it quicker.
1) Go to the e-mail page in Firefox. You don't have to log-in.
2) From the pull-down menus at the top, choose Bookmarks > Bookmark This Page.
3) You can edit the name of the bookmark if you want.
4) Change the folder to Bookmarks Tool... (bookmarks toolbar).
3) Click Done.
4) The bookmark will appear on the right side of the bookmark bar, below the address bar.
